Quesly-Marie Noresias

Assistant Coach

Quesly-Marie Noresias was announced to the Montréal Alliance's coaching staff on April 22nd for the 2025 season.


A native of Quebec City, Quesly-Marie is a former student-athlete who competed in basketball and track and field. He starred at Alma Academy, where he averaged 15 points per game and played a pivotal role in leading his team to back-to-back high school championships, an achievement he proudly considers the highlight of his athletic career.


Noresias excelled in the high jump in track and field, qualifying for Regionals and ultimately capturing a Provincial Championship title. His outstanding athleticism earned him a spot on the University of Providence’s Great Falls Argonauts men’s basketball team for the 2016–17 season, where he played guard.


While competing at the collegiate level, Quesly-Marie successfully balanced academics and athletics, pursuing a degree in Exercise Science. This discipline aligns with his deep passion for sports performance and physical health.


His favorite athletes are Nate Robinson and Isiah Thomas and his favorite movie is Coach Carter. Quesly-Marie also enjoys Haitian cuisine, proudly embracing his cultural roots.


He made the transition to coaching in 2023, when he was added to the coaching staff for Montréal in the CEBL and is now returning for a third consecutive season with the team.
