Participate in the Sun Life Active Zone contest with The Montréal Alliance!

Register your team and get the chance to attend a Montréal Alliance match in the Sun Life Active Zone for 30 people, worth $1,200 plus taxes (admission tickets only).

Requirements :

• This competition is for sports teams from the greater Montreal area that are part of a federation or association recognized in Quebec and whose players are 16 years old or younger.

• Each winning team must be accompanied by a maximum of four (4) adults.

• Limit of one registration per team.

Contest rules

1. Contest organizers

The Sun Life Active Zone contest (the contest) is held and organized by Alliance de Montréal (the Organizer).

2. Period of competition

The competition will be held from 18 May 2025 at 8:00 am to 11:59 pm on 1 August 2025 (the “Contest Period”).

3. Eligibility Requirements

The competition is open to coaches or representatives of a sports team from the greater regions of Montreal who are members of a federation or association recognized in Quebec and whose players are aged 17 years or younger (the “participant”; collectively the “participants”).

Each winning team must be accompanied by a maximum of four (4) adults.

4. How to participate

No purchase required.

To enter the contest, a participant must register on www.alliancemontreal.ca (to be adjusted as necessary), complete the entry form and provide a brief description of why his or her sports team would like to attend an Alliance de Montréal match (“participation”; collectively “participations”).

Limited to one (1) participation per team.

5. Description of prices

Participation in this contest gives a sports team and staff (up to 4 adults) the chance to win:

Attend a Montreal Alliance game during the 2025 season in the “Sun Life Active Zone” for 30 people, with a total value of $1,200 including taxes (admission tickets only. All other fees are not included).

During the match, the winning team will be presented on the giant screen of the organizer.

6. Special conditions related to prices

Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-redeemable and non-transferable.

7. Draw

7.1 There will be 4 raffles out of all eligible entries received during the contest period.

7.2 The award of prizes is limited to one (1) prize per team.

7.3 The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a team or cancel a participation that does not comply with these rules.

8. Participation limitations and exclusions

8.1 The number of entries per team is limited to 36 persons according to the provisions of clause 5 of these rules.

8.2 All players, employees, agents, directors and representatives of the Organizer, as well as members of the immediate family of the above mentioned persons are excluded from the contest.

9. General terms and conditions

9.1 In order to be declared a winner, the selected participant must:

Be contacted by telephone by the Organizer to be informed of the terms and conditions for handing over your prize within five (5) working days following the draw. The selected participant must be contacted within a maximum of two (2) attempts and will have two (2) days to call back the Organizer, failing which he or she will lose his or her right to the prize.

Confirm that it meets the eligibility requirements and other requirements of these Regulations.

Sign a declaration and release form confirming compliance with the official rules of the competition and acceptance of the prize awarded.

9.2 Entries are subject to verification.

9.3 The Organizer may disqualify any team that does not comply with the rules.

9.4 The price shall be accepted as presented.

9.5 The winner releases the Organizer from any liability related to the use of the prize.

9.6 The Organizer disclaims all liability in case of technical problems.

9.7 The Organizer disclaims all liability for loss or damage related to participation.

9.8 The Organizer may cancel, modify or suspend the contest if necessary.

9.9 The winner authorizes the use of their information for advertising purposes without compensation.

9.10 The prize is awarded to the team listed on the entry form.

9.11 The Organizer will not award more prizes than expected.

9.12 Any dispute may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec.
