Visionary entrepreneur and leader in transport electrification, Léo Bouisson brings unique entrepreneurial expertise to the Montréal Alliance ownership group. Based in Montréal since 2015, and as co-founder of Weeve, he leads one of Canada’s largest electric vehicle fleets, demonstrating a deep commitment to innovation and sustainable development. 


Holding a Master’s degree from École des Mines de Nancy, France, and an Aerospace Master’s from Polytechnique Montréal, Bouisson has built an impressive career, including several strategic positions at Bombardier where he contributed to European and Latin American market development. 


Basketball is part of his family history - his grandfather, Jean-Yves Courtin, is co-founder of Cholet Basket, a French first division club known for developing NBA talent such as Rudy Gobert and Tidjane Salaun. This passion for sports is also evident through
Unfiltered Athletes podcast, where he explores the unique journeys of world-class athletes. 


A devoted Alliance supporter since its inception and official team partner since 2023 through his company, Bouisson combines entrepreneurial leadership with sporting passion.
