The Montreal Alliance dropped a 90-79 decision to the Ottawa BlackJacks on Sunday afternoon at Verdun Auditorium.

Javon Freeman-Liberty led all scorers with 25 points on 8-of-11 shooting while adding four rebounds and two steals. Quincy Guerrier contributed 17 points and four rebounds, while Jalin Anderson added 10 points and four assists off the bench.

Montreal forced 16 Ottawa turnovers and recorded 10 steals as a team, but the Alliance were unable to overcome a cold shooting afternoon from beyond the arc.

For Ottawa, Matthew Cleveland scored 23 points and grabbed seven rebounds, while Justin Harmon finished with 22 points and seven assists in the victory.

Montreal returns to action on Friday, June 5, 2026, when they host the Winnipeg Sea Bears at Verdun Auditorium. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
