Montréal Alliance Release Michael Dixon Jr.

The Montréal Alliance announced Tuesday that it has released American point guard Michael Dixon Jr.

 

Dixon Jr. played in two games with the Alliance, recording 11 points and four rebounds in 23 minutes of play on June 25 against the Edmonton Stingers and two points in 11 minutes on June 28 against the Saskatchewan Rattlers.

 

The Alliance hold a 6-7 record and is currently ranked fourth in the Eastern Conference as they prepare to face the Calgary Surge for its eight home game of the season on Wednesday, July 12, starting at 7:30 p.m. In the first and only meeting between the two teams, the Alliance claimed its first-ever road win.
