The Montréal Alliance put on a masterclass Monday night, crushing the Scarborough Shooting Stars 108-88 at Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre. The commanding victory improves the Alliance to 4-0 while setting a new franchise record with 108 points scored in a single game.
Dunn-Martin's Encore Performance
Tavian Dunn-Martin delivered another stellar showing with 26 points, six rebounds, and five assists, his second straight 25+ point effort. The dynamic guard took control early, scoring effortlessly while conducting the offense with remarkable precision.
Shooting 57% from the field, Dunn-Martin knocked down timely baskets that allowed the Alliance to dictate tempo throughout. His court vision was on full display all evening, particularly during crucial third-quarter sequences that broke the game open.
Depth Shines Through
The Alliance showcased their impressive depth once again with four players scoring in double figures. Quincy Guerrier contributed 21 points and seven rebounds in another steady performance. Anthony Walker added 16 points, seven rebounds, and five assists with his trademark two-way impact.

Alain Louis reached a historic milestone, becoming the CEBL's all-time regular season assists leader with 334 career helpers. After a competitive first quarter (30-26), the Alliance elevated their play in the second, outscoring Scarborough 30-22 to take a 60-48 halftime lead. The third quarter saw Montreal pull away decisively, extending to 84-66 and essentially putting the game away.
The Alliance shot 42% from the field while controlling the paint, outrebounding Scarborough 55-45. Defensively, they forced 22 turnovers while committing just 14 of their own.
Shooting Stars Overwhelmed
Despite solid efforts from Donovan Williams (23 points) and Yuri Collins (8 points), the Shooting Stars couldn't match Montreal's relentless intensity. Cat Barber chipped in 18 points.
The Alliance particularly stifled Scarborough's offense in the third quarter, holding them to 18 points while scoring 24 to break the contest wide open.
