The Montreal Alliance have signed American guard Tony Carr for the 2026 CEBL season, adding a high-impact player to their roster known for his versatility, court vision, and experience at a high level both in North America and internationally.
A native of Philadelphia, Carr returns to the CEBL following a standout stint with the Saskatchewan Rattlers in 2022, where he earned First Team All-CEBL honours. He most recently played with Sagesse Al Hekmeh Beirut, where he averaged 16.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 10.0 assists per game.
Now 28, Carr also brings experience from the NBA G League as well as multiple professional leagues across Europe and the Middle East. Prior to beginning his professional career, he starred at Penn State, earning First Team All-Big Ten honours in 2018 and establishing himself as one of the top guards in the conference.
