Alliance Earn Exciting 97-91 Victory Over Sea Bears

Fueled by an energetic crowd at the Verdun Auditorium, the Montreal Alliance delivered a strong team performance Friday night, receiving key contributions from across the lineup.


Facing his former team, Davion Warren led Montreal with 23 points and capped off the night with the game-winning basket in Target Score Time, helping the Alliance secure an exciting home victory.


Quincy Guerrier filled the stat sheet with 14 points, five rebounds and five assists, while Anthony Nelson impressed in his CEBL debut with eight points, four rebounds and 12 assists, orchestrating a fluid offensive attack as the team's point guard.


Montreal's chemistry was on full display as the Alliance shared the ball effectively and played with confidence on both ends of the floor. The team's depth once again proved to be a difference-maker, with the bench outscoring Winnipeg's reserves 39-17.


For Winnipeg, Teddy Allen scored a game-high 33 points and added 10 rebounds, while Hildebrandt contributed 12 points and eight rebounds. The Sea Bears fall to 4-4 on the season.
