Alliance Thrills Largest Crowd Since 2023 with Statement Win Over Western Conference-Leading Bandits

The Montreal Alliance delivered one of its biggest wins of the 2026 season Tuesday night, defeating the Western Conference-leading Vancouver Bandits 87-82 in front of 3,445 fans at the Verdun Auditorium — the team's largest crowd since 2023.

Backed by an electric Fan Appreciation Night atmosphere, Montreal improved to 10-13, setting a new franchise record for wins while moving into fourth place in the Eastern Conference. Blondeau Tchoukuiegno's walk-off three-pointer in Target Score Time capped one of the club's most memorable wins of the season.

Montreal found its rhythm after trailing 25-22 at the end of the opening quarter, outscoring Vancouver 25-14 in the second quarter to take a 47-39 lead into halftime. Guerrier punctuated the first half with a buzzer-beating three-pointer, sending the Verdun crowd into a frenzy heading into the break.

With the target score set at 85, the teams traded baskets before the Alliance came up with a crucial defensive stop. Keeshawn Barthelemy then found Tchoukuiegno, who buried the game-winning three-pointer. It marked the second consecutive Alliance victory decided by a basket from the Montréal native.

Guerrier led all scorers with 26 points and seven rebounds, while Tchoukuiegno added 19 points, five rebounds and four assists. Lue Williams III contributed 10 points and five assists, while Guillaume Boucard filled the stat sheet with six points, seven rebounds, three assists and two blocks.

Fan Appreciation Night lived up to its name as supporters stayed on their feet throughout the night, filling the arena with waves, chants of "Olé, Olé, Olé," and nonstop energy while creating one of the most memorable atmospheres of the season.

The Alliance will now travel to Brampton on Thursday, July 30, at 7:30 PM ET for its final road game of the regular season.
