Alliance Earn Second Straight Win in Alberta

The Montreal Alliance earned a 93-88 victory over the Calgary Surge on Saturday night at VisitLethbridge.com Arena, closing out their Alberta road trip with two consecutive wins.
Montreal established control early and carried the momentum throughout much of the evening, building a lead as large as 17 points. Quincy Guerrier led the way with 18 points and 10 rebounds, recording his second consecutive double-double.
Guillaume Boucard continued his strong run of form, recording a season-high 16 points and eight rebounds while shooting 75 per cent from the field. Michael Hughes II added 12 points, while Anthony Nelson and Davion Warren combined for 23 points and 12 assists as Montreal once again showcased its depth.
Calgary mounted a late push, but the Alliance remained composed down the stretch. Hughes sealed the victory in Target Score Time with a free throw, securing back-to-back wins for Montreal.
For the Surge, Sean Miller-Moore and Armani Chaney each scored 17 points, while Adonis Arms added 14 points in the loss.
